Estate Maintenance and Improvements

London Yard Management Company Ltd, in conjunction with its managing agents Parc Properties, have been carrying out extensive maintenance works across the development since 2009. These were necessary to restore the development to good order following a long period of decline.

The ongoing maintenance now follows a 25 year plan of continuous cyclical maintenance, which has been in place since 2010. It will continue to be reviewed annually and issued to owners along with details of the new budget before the commencement of each financial year (1st April to 31st March).

The staffing arrangements of London Yard have been amended to provide direct employed caretaker and gardener to ensure the works we carry out are maintained on an ongoing basis. We continue to use contract arrangements for security, internal and external cleaners as this continues to represent best value for London Yard.
