The London Yard Management Company Ltd

LYMC Limited was created on a not-for-profit basis to manage the affairs relating to the freehold property known as London Yard. It was created in 1984 by the developers and the LDDC as the premier residential development on the Isle of Dogs and paved the way for the many other residential developments here today. The company is run by volunteer directors from different walks of life who have a positive desire to support and maintain London Yard. They are all shareholders and strive to ensure that the Development they have bought into is run cost effectively and efficiently and they bring their professional skills and expertise to bear to support this. They represent a cross-section of the community as far as possible. They are unpaid for all activities they undertake for London Yard.

The Company is run in accordance with its Memorandum & Articles of Association, which have been updated to take into account current legislature and were approved at the November 2011 Annual General Meeting. A copy of these are available via the link on the right hand side of this page.

Any shareholders who believe they too could make a positive difference to London Yard are invited to volunteer either by emailing the Board or contacting our Managing Agent, Parc, direct.
